Getting Started

CoinWave is a comprehensive platform for creating cryptocurrencies, packed with tools like a Volume Bot, Bundles, Twitter Tracker, and more. It’s designed to help you turn your ideas into a real coin easily.
Go to the Groups button at the top of the CoinWave interface or use your set keybind. Click Add Group, then enter the number of wallets you want and give the group a name.Learn more in our Wallet Groups guide.
Presets are ready-to-use templates for tasks like token deployment, volume generation, or wallet group creation. They save you time by storing your frequently-used configurations for instant reuse.Check out the Presets page for detailed instructions.

Fees & Pricing

CoinWave charges a 1% fee on buy and sell transactions. If you use the platform’s mixer feature, there’s an additional 2% fee.Your cashback tier reduces your effective fee rate. Higher tiers mean more cashback on every transaction.
Yes, Solana network fees (gas fees) apply to all transactions. These are usually very small, just fractions of a cent, and go directly to the Solana network, not CoinWave. You can configure priority fees in Settings to speed up transaction execution during network congestion.
No, creating and managing wallet groups is free. You only pay fees when you make trades, like buying or selling tokens.

Token Deployment

CoinWave supports token deployment on major Solana platforms like PumpFun and Bonk. Each platform has its own features and costs, which you’ll see when you choose one.Learn more about deployment options in our Deploying Tokens guide.
Standard launch mode uses individual transactions to deploy your token, while Bundled mode groups multiple transactions for faster and smoother launches.Bundled mode is great for competitive token launches and supports three execution types:
  • Safe: Execute at block 0
  • Instant: Execute at block 1-2
  • Delayed: Execute with custom millisecond intervals
Read more in the Launch Modes section.
Yes, you can upload custom images for your token in PNG, JPG, or GIF formats. CoinWave automatically crops and optimizes them for the best display across platforms. You can also use the Google Image search or generate ASCII art. See Token Image for details.

Volume & Trading

The Volume Bot automates buying and selling to create organic-looking trading volume. You set parameters like buy/sell percentages and delays, and the bot executes trades using your selected wallet group.Configure randomized settings to make trading activity appear natural and avoid obvious patterns. Learn more in Generate Human Activity.
Snipers are specialized wallets that automatically buy tokens at launch. You can configure the number of snipers and their buy amounts to ensure strong initial momentum for your token.Snipers are configured in the Bundled Launch section when deploying tokens.
Yes! You can execute trades from individual wallets through the Groups sidebar. Expand any wallet group to see all wallets and manage them individually. Each wallet has quick action icons for transferring SOL, generating activity, and more. See Managing Individual Wallets for details.

Security & Safety

Your sensitive data is always encrypted in our servers using a combination of a client seed and a server seed. We use Argon2 for secure hashing and AES-256 in GCM mode for encryption. This ensures the integrity and confidentiality of your data are always maintained. In addition, we regularly audit our systems to apply updates and address any potential vulnerabilities.
We only collect and retain the information necessary for you to use our application. We do not collect or store any additional personal data beyond what is required for functionality.Your account data is stored within a private network (VPC) that is not accessible from the public internet along with proper encryption and TLS termination.
Your 12-word recovery passphrase is the only way to recover your wallets if you lose access to your account. This passphrase is shown only once during signup. If you didn’t save it, your funds will be permanently lost. Always store your recovery passphrase securely offline.

Troubleshooting

Transaction failures can occur due to:
  • Insufficient SOL balance: Check that your wallet has enough SOL for the transaction and network fees
  • Network congestion: The Solana network may be busy. Try again in a few moments
  • Slippage issues: Increase your slippage tolerance in Settings
If issues persist, try increasing your priority fees for faster transaction processing.
Holdings data may take a few moments to sync after trades. Try refreshing the page.If the issue persists:
  • Check that you’re looking at the correct wallet group
  • Verify the transaction was confirmed on-chain (check the transaction hash on a Solana explorer)
  • Make sure your wallet group has completed syncing
Ensure your selected wallet group has sufficient SOL balance and that your buy/sell parameters are properly configured.Common issues:
  • Insufficient balance: Make sure all wallets in the group have enough SOL for trading
  • Invalid parameters: Check that your min/max ranges are realistic and properly set
  • Token availability: Verify the tokens you’re trading are available and have liquidity
See the Volume Bot configuration guide for recommended settings.
You can increase transaction speed by:
  1. Increasing priority fees in Settings > Trading
  2. Increasing Jito tips for MEV protection and bundling
  3. Enabling Default Jito Connection in Application settings
  4. Using WSOL (Wrapped SOL) for faster execution
Higher fees = faster transaction processing, especially during network congestion.
Once a transaction is submitted to the Solana blockchain, it cannot be cancelled. However, if the transaction fails due to network issues or insufficient balance, it will not execute and your funds will remain in your wallet.Enable Confirm All Actions in Settings to prevent accidental transactions.
